Torey began his career as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and strategic planning capabilities that define his approach today. That military foundation—combined with two decades of complex deal execution—gives him a unique ability to simplify the transaction process for business owners while maintaining the attention to detail that protects value and drives successful outcomes.

Torey holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy. He resides in Fayette County with his wife and two teenage boys. Outside of work, he attends his sons' sporting and musical events, grills for family and friends, and follows college and professional athletics.
